On the 4th floor of an upscale building with 2 elevators this quiet Rome vacation apartment (renovated in 2008) provides the perfect home base for your time in Rome. Despite the central location you will be amazed at how quiet the apartment is. The entrance opens onto a sunny and spacious living room with a sofa, a single pull out bed and an extending dinner table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stovetop oven, toaster, microwave and kettle. The comfortable and bright bed room (double bed) has two windows facing a quiet inner courtyard with a charming view of Rome's rooftops. The new bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine for longer stays. The Best!!

I am a little late getting a review posted (trip was mid-October), but want to be sure you all know how wonderful this apartment was at meeting the needs of our visit. This was our first visit to Rome and only a week, so much site-seeing to be done in a short period of time. Paola made sure that everything we needed was arranged—a driver to and from the airport, city maps in the apartment, where to find the best deli and the super market. . .and a phone number where she could be reached if we needed any assistance. The pictures provided on this site are “what you see is what you get”—clean, functional, and just the right size. We walked to every major site in the city of Rome and this was because of such a great location near the Trevi Fountain (and my mother who accompanied me on this trip is 72 years of age). I truly believe that this apartment made this first trip to Rome the “perfect trip” . . . and I look forward to staying here again in the future. One of my memories is that every evening after a long day of touring the city sites, we would come home, cook a light supper, eat, and then go for a walk out to the fountain and surrounding streets. The area felt warm and friendly, and very safe, even after dark. Thank you Paola and Patrick for all of your hospitalitiy!

TERRIFIC APARTMENT

We have just returned from a 3-week trip, one of the highlights being the Trevi Fountain House in Rome. Paola arranged not only the great apartment but our drivers to and from both airports who were timely and courteous, even when our inital flight arrived late. The apartment is very comfortable and functional with all the conveniences. We cooked in and had everything needed to prepare great meals. The central location made it easy to walk to many of the beautiful sites in Rome, as well as the Barbarini Metro station to access the more distance places. Paola's restaurant recommendations and maps/books provided in the apartment were excellent. We highly recommend anyone used to staying in hotels while on holiday to try the Trevi Fountain apartment. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Experience! Great Landlord, helpful in everyway, delightful, spotlessly clean apartment, exactly like the pictures, and the location is PERFECT! Close to everything, yet secluded from the crowds and noise. It is located in the heart of Rome, few steps from Trevi Fountains, and you can walk to most attractions. Only minutes from dining, taxi, shopping. Even an internet cafe just a few doors away. Terrific in every way!

Un endroit vraiment génial à Rome

L’appart était très agréable. Tout le confort était réuni pour passer un séjour remarquable. Nous avons trouvé le lieu très agréable et très soigné, très propre. Décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Lit très confortable et spacieux Salle d'eau et cuisine très correcte. Rien à redire. Pas de bruit, l’appart donne sur une court intérieure et le calme est assuré. L'accueil de la propriétaire était très chaleureuse. L’emplacement est le point fort, très très proche de la Fontaine de Trevi (même pas 50 mètres) et de la plus part des monuments de Rome. Pour visiter Rome à pieds, sans s’embêter à prendre les transport en commun, il n’y a pas mieux. Bref, un séjour génial.

This apartment was excellent.

My wife and I arrived early Wednesday morning of July 29th after flying from the US overnight. We were so glad to see a driver with our name on a sign (We highly recommend the limo service - well worth it) so we didn't have to fight the crowds and traffic, etc. The driver took us straight to the apartment where we were met by Paola. We had wonderful time in Rome and really enjoyed our stay in her apartment. The location is ideal for exploring all the sights, just few steps away from the beautiful Trevi Fountain. We walked most everywhere, although the bus stop and cab’s station are very one block far. Nice bars, restaurants, supermarket and shopping nearby and a really friendly area to walk around at night.

The apt is very clean, quiet, lovingly furnished and cared for, it had everything we could hope for. The comfortable beds and premium linens gave us well-needed rest. The wonderful huge shower in the bathroom not much seen in others apartment gave us a pleasant relief after the daily long walking. Your stocked kitchen with all the kitchen equipment provided us with the ability to choose between eating out or making a delicious meal at home. We would have liked to stay for another week! There is so much to see. The owner is very kind and helpful. We will definitely stay at Trevi Fountain House again and highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a really nice place in Rome.
