Recently renovated (over $5,000,000 complex renovation and over $50,000 on unit interior); Beachfront 1,380 SF two-bedroom, two-bath condominium with fireplace and three balconies on the top (fifth) floor. Directly on the beach, enjoy spectacular sunrise/sunsets and breezy nights on about 14 miles of continuous sandy beaches right on the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is great for walking, shelling, jogging, hiking, biking, fishing, and sunsets. Fantastic views from the balconies include the Ocean, the Beach, the Pool and the Intercostals Waterway. Watch wild birds, dolphins, and boats from your private balconies. The north balcony off the kitchen has enough room to have dinner for four.

Great place for vacation. This condo has everything you need for a great vacation. The owner has done a great job decorating and remodeling and spared no expense in furnishing the place. Kids loved the pool and beach. This condo is close to major attractions and shopping. The balconies offer excellent views of the ocean and bay. Thanks for a great vacation.

Absolutely wonderful and relaxing vacation condo. The condo is beautifully and comfortably decorated and has all you need and more for your vacation. Getting up in the morning and stepping right out on the beach for a walk and late night beach walks are awesome. The beach is wonderful and the area offers so much for you to do. We will definitely come back here again and again!

4-1 through 4-9-09. This was my 2nd stay but first time for the my husband and two boys. We are all looking forward to returning next year. Everything about this place is perfect -accomodations, beach, pool, close enough for a day trip to Disney & Busch Gardens.

Our family spent a long weekend at this condo in mid-February and had a wonderful time! A great view of the gulf, multiple balconies, beautifully furnished open floor plan, a pool and hot tub at our disposal... we couldn't have asked for more! Already looking forward to a future getaway!

Our family enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo for a week in February 2009. The condo has been completely renovated and is very spacious. It was wonderful to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful ocean view! We will definitely vacation here again.
