This brand new 2,700 square foot upscale track home was built in Feb, 2009. This spacious home has been designed for your home away from home. It will make your stay in Orange County a memorable one. Our home is near the City Hall and Police Department. It is fully furnished with brand new and stylish furniture. It is 3 minutes to Little Saigon and Korea tourist towns. Our home can be used to host reunions, meetings, wedding receptions for 50-100 people, group tourists, birthdays, social gatherings, and corporate rentals. One of the concerns that vacation renters have is the rental property look new and nice on pictures, but what they see upon arrival is not exactly what it looks like on the web. Without vacation home, our guests actually said that our home are even nicer than the pictures. You can't go wrong with a new home built in 2009 with brand new funiture. Within 15 minutes to everywhere and everything. 15 minutes to Disneyland, California Adventures, Downtown Disney, The ESPN Zone, Knott's Berry Farm, Honda Center (Might Ducks Hockey team), Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim Stadium (Angels baseball) . 15 minutes to World Famous shopping centers: South Coast Plaza, Fashion Island, Westminster Mall; Outdoor malls: the Block at Orange (outdoor mall), Irvine Spectrum, The District in Tustin. 15 minutes to most popular southern california beaches: Long Beach, Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach. And 15 minutes to John Wayne and Long Beach airports. 1 hour from Los Angeles and San Diego

We stayed for a week, and were very happy. The property is conveniently located — Disneyland and the ocean are close, and access to the various interstates is simple.

David and Luann were extremely helpful, responded to any questions we had very quickly, and even came out to fix the wireless router at one point.

This home was a godsend for a surprised party I was throwing. The place was beautiful and provided the necessary space to accommodate all the guests and their families. The owner was very accomodating and so helpful. The location was so convenient and great for food delivery and purchasing last-minute items. I highly recommend this home for those wanting private parties or any engagements that need a beautiful home in a centralized location.
