Come to the beach. Fully renovated one-bedroom condo in building on sand. The condo faces west to the sunset and intra-coastal waterway. There is a limited view of the ocean. The unit has a queen bed, queen Murphy bed and queen sofa bed. The building features an oceanfront heated pool, tiki bar, restaurant, coffee shop, hair salon and real estate office. Situated in the northeast corner of Fort Lauderdale, it is convenient to: airport (20 minutes), Miami (45 minutes), Boca Raton (25 minutes), downtown Fort Lauderdale (20 minutes), as well as museums and cultural events. There is a nearby shopping center. Enjoy walking, running, cycling, and nearby fitness clubs. There is concierge service to assist in your vacation plans.
