  • CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS.. a 24 hr cancellation on non holiday weekdays and weekends . This is for bookings within the same week. For reservations made more than 60 days in advance a 30 day notice is required .
    Cancellations that are made at least 30 days prior to date of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee and 100% after. Pay in full at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Master Card for payment Rates, fees and policies are subject to change without notice.
    50% cancellation fee is applicable to new date if made with in 60 days. No shows will be charged full amount.

This was a great place to stay in Ashland. Easy walk to downtown, shopping and plays. So parking was never a problem. With a full kitchen it was nice to not eat every meal out. Quality furnishings.
Hope to return soon.
