This elegant home has over 2850 square feet of living area. This home features 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 3 living rooms, 2 full kitchens and wet bar. 3 - 42 in. plasma televisions in all main living areas, and LCD televisions for all the 5 bedrooms. There is community pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill area directly across the street from this home. We also feature a private grill on the first level under the car port. There is also 1000 sq. ft. of tiled covered decking with fantastic views of the beach, ship channel, and bay area. This home is 750 ft. from the beach. A beach walkover is provided. The only bar and restaurant on the beach is directly across the walkover. This home is 5-10 minutes away from all the fantastic restaurants, shopping, fishing tours, dolphin watching, the ferry boat crossing, and golf cart rentals. The Port Aransas trolly car pick up point is 1 1/2 blocks away on 11th street, check Port A for time schedule .

Notes: There is 990 sq ft of tiled covered deck on both floors, 550 sq ft on 2nd floor area and 360 sq ft on 3rd floor area with great gulf views, and 80 sq ft off master bath area, there is a wet bar off the 3rd floor deck with mini frig. The downstairs unit has a wood deck to a separate entrance if using the whole house the front entrance can also get you to the 1st level. Outdoor furniture is provided on both decks which have views of the gulf. We also offer a grill on the outside of the house. We are 1 mile to the IGA store, and 1 1/2 miles from the ferry, fishing and tour boats. The pier is 1 mile down the beach, we are located at marker 9 right in front of sandfest which is held in april of every year and where the only beach restaurant is located. Our driveway holds 6 full size cars or SUV's with additional parking at the pool area which is directly across the street. There are 3- 42' plasma Televisions on all 3 floors and all bedrooms have lcd televisions.

More About the Property: All beds are Serta pillow tops with two kings, two queens, and four bunk bed twins with a sleeper sofa in the downstairs unit. This house sleeps 12 in beds and 14 with sleeper sofa. The upper two levels can be rented separately in the shoulder and off season. This house is in the best location for Sandfest, which is located at marker #9, Sandfest is held every April, between marker #8 and marker #10. This house features upgraded tiling, flooring, cabinets, and granite countertops. This home features a nautical decorating theme. While on the covered tile decks listening to the soothing gulf waves the sea parrot will be your vacation dream.

A free local phone service is provided, along with Wi-Fi internet service and 78 channel cable television. This home is totally non-smoking and no pets allowed. Free boat parking at Port Aransas municipal marina for 5 days included at no charge. Lower unit sleeps 4, one king bed, one queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, sink vanity in master bedroom, complete full bath, 42' plasma television main living room and 19' LCD TV in master bedroom this unit is approx. 800 sq. ft.

Golf: 2 golf courses on the island with one being on north padre island 15 miles away of another golf course 1 mile away from the sea parrot.The newest course is 1 mile away and on the beach.

Just to drop a line to say we we had a great time in Port Aransas, our family meets at different locations every year. And we needed a large house to accomadate all of us, the large decks were a real plus, and the beds very comfortable. The fishing was great, recommend renting a golf cart to get the feel of the island,the kids really had a blast. We'll be back again.

There is really a lot to do!! We will make this a yearly
trip now for our family reunion. We look forward to

Fantastic house, had a very enjoyable time. To our
surprise all the decks were tiled and covered. This
house sleeps our big family of 14 very comfortable.
The decorating was fantastic and we had a great
time. We'll be coming back again!
