This brand new building has granite counter tops and Travertine flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has maple cabinets with a rich custom stain and brand new Viking appliances including: 6-burner gas stove, trash compactor, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and Dacor oven. Pacific Ocean breezes cool the spacious living room and dining room which provide ample seating with large couches, slate fireplaces, and large screen plasma TVs.
