Located in the heart of Bradenton Beach's historical district, shops and restaurants are just a short stroll away (there are 8 restaurants within a 5-minute walk). A miniature golf course is just ½ block away. A Saturday farmer's market is held on Old Main Street from October to July. Leave your car in the carport and hop on the free trolley ...that goes the length of the island. To top of your day, visit one of the two ice cream parlors across the street. This spacious and bright corner Bradenton Beach vacation unit has Gulf views from every room. The living room/dining room and master bedroom with adjoining bath and large walk-in closet overlook the Gulf; sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom lead to the screened lanai and awesome views of the island and Gulf.

New Decore!: Breakers 4 - Sandcastle - has just been completely redecorated with new living room furniture, new bed treatments and painted throughout. The pale yellow walls make even a dull day bright; the furniture in mango colors are bright and cheery; the Capri swivel rocker chairs are so comfortable!

We loved and enjoyed this breathtaking oceanfront, oceanview property. Views galore from every room. Stone throw away from beach. All beach amenities available. Accomodations for everyone including elderly and children. Elevator building. Clean,safe environment.
Service impeccable. Nice partially sun covered heated pool. Walking distance to lovely beach town and restaurants. Would recommend to everyone looking for pristine beaches and top notch accomodations.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

We stayed at the Breaker 4 for a family vacation last year and we just booked the property again for this year. We've rented many units before and when we first walked in the unit last year we were blown away by how beautifully decorated, clean and spectacular views the property has. We had spent lots of money on other places and never stayed at a place as beautiful and spectacular as this.

The unit is very well equipped with everything you need and plenty of sheets, towels and toys. The sunsets from almost every room are amazing and breathtaking. You can even see the sunset while in bed in the master and one of the guest bedrooms. This year I was told that the unit is being redecorated and flat screen TVs will be in every room. How awesome is that! The unit looked amazing before and now we can't wait to see it! There are many restaurants within walking distance and an ice cream shop right across the street that the kids love to go to. This is an amazing place to stay and I would not hesitate to book the property again for the upcoming year. The owner takes pride in their property and care for it and it shows in every room. My family has made the Breaker 4 our family summer vacation home.
