Beautiful, renovated Colonial Villa with landscaped gardens and swimming pool. A family house in a secure compound. Situated in the quiet ex-pat area moments from the Saigon river and a short drive to Ho Chi Minh City. A wonderful base from which to discover Saigon and South Vietnam. This property comes with a car and driver, cook, maid and gardener/pool man. Cook lives on the property in separate staff quarters and is available for baby-sitting.
