Brand new home, located in banana beach estates, a gated community with only a few neighbors, ocean view and a 5 min walk to one of the most beautiful pink sand beaches in Eleuthra. Fully furnished, including large screen TVs and satellite. Central AC and ceiling fans , washer and dryer access. Offered with or without a car. GMC Jimmy or equivalent at an additional cost of $60.00 per day. Only 3 miles from Governors Harbor and 3 miles from Governors Harbour Airport. Local restaurants, bars and shops.
