Our house has been prettily and cosily furnished. It includes all comforts, a large (25 m2), very sunny terrace, a big dining-living-room with a well equipped kitchen (23 m2), 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 toilets. TV with international programmes, Hifi, dish-washer, oven are there as well. It is located about 50 m from the beach. The centre of town, the marina and the beautiful 'La Clape' nature reserve are all within walking distance. We have got everything for children! Dogs are welcome!

Wir müssen sagen, dass wir uns ausgesprochen wohl in Ihrem Haus gefühlt haben. Wir waren im September dort und wir hatten ausnahmslos schönes Wetter.
Die Landschaft und der Ort sind wunderbar. Aber das Wichtigste für uns war, dass man sich als Hundebesitzer sehr gut dort aufgehoben fühlt. Für unseren Hund und uns war der Urlaub wie im Paradies.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Ihrem Ferienhaus
la Maison Marine in Süd Frankreich verbracht.
Für uns beide war es Erholung pur und für unseren Vierbeiner Luxus.
Es war sehr ruhig und man kann es wirklich weiterempfehlen,es blieben keine Wünsche offen.
Man kann entspannen und mal so richtig die Seele baumeln lassen.
Wir waren ja nun sehr früh an unserem Urlaubort von Mitte April drei schöne Wochen lang.
Es war ein traumhaftes Wetter die Temperaturen sehr angenehm einfach alles perfekt.
Wir hoffen, dass wir bald wieder Urlaub dort machen können.

Wunderschöne und erholsame Ferien

Ich habe wunderschöne und erholsame Ferien in Gruissan erlebt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett, die Betreuung vor Ort und die gute Wegbeschreibung sind nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Es war wirklich Spitze

Es hat uns wunderbar gefallen.
Das Ferienhaus "La Maison Marine" war perfekt für uns: Ruhig gelegen, genügend Platz und super Kochmöglichkeit. Vor allem aber auf der gemütlichen Terrasse haben wir viele Stunden verbracht. Wir fanden es auch praktisch, dass es 2 Stockwerke gab. Das Haus ist gemütlich und hat viel Charme, und vorallem die Spülmaschine fanden wir schon super, abwaschen ist nicht unsere Stärke. Übrigens auch toll ist, dass es ein Nichtraucherhaus ist!
Gruissan ist der ideale Urlaubsort mit Hund: Die Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Spazieren sind grandios. 50 Meter vom Haus hat man bereits Sandstrand, der im Oktober menschenleer war. In 5 Minuten ist man in den Vorläufern des "La Clape"-Gebirges, wo es viele schöne markierte Wanderungen hat. Was uns auch sehr gut gefallen hat, war die Strandpromenade, wo man in 10 - 15 Minuten am Hafen war, wo es schöne Restaurants und Bars hat.

Noch ein paar Tips: Einmal in der Woche einkaufen im Carrefour in Narbonne, supergünstig und das Angebot ist enorm. Narbonne ist ein hübsches Städtchen und ein Besuch sowieso wert. Besuch von Carcassonne: wir haben das Innere der Burg zwar nicht besichtigt, aber nur schon das "eigene Dorf um die Burg herum" ist sehr sehenswert (Hunde erlaubt). Der Markt in Gruissan (Montag, Mittwoch, Samstag Vormittag) ist auch sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem haben dann auch die meisten anderen (Souvenir)-Geschäfte geöffnet.

Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder einmal Ferien bei Ihnen machen, es war wirklich Spitze.

Wir haben uns in Ihrem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es entspricht voll unseren Bedürfnissen; es ist gepflegt, gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben es bereits für den nächsten Sommer wieder gebucht.
Wir haben in Gruissan eine Ortschaft mit viel Charme kennengelernt, die Gegend ist wunderbar und lädt zu erneuten Besuchen ein.
