This very special house is over 100 m2 in size and has the best possible location: right by the beach. Walk out the garden gate and you're at the water. The house has all possible comforts. It has 3 bedrooms, a very large living-dining-room, a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, 2 toilets, a large and very beautiful winter garden, and from nearly all rooms the beautiful panoramic view of the bay and the mountains. You can find dish-washer, 2 TVs with international programmes, Hifi, oven and microwave. We’ve got everything for children! Dogs are welcome!

Großzügiges Haus in exponiertester Lage

Ein sehr großzügiges Haus mit einer wirklich guten und geschmackvollen Ausstattung in exponiertester Lage direkt am Strand. Der Blick über das Wasser und die Berge ist traumhaft. Besonders angenehm fanden wir auch den Wintergarten in Süd-Lage direkt am Wasser.
Wir haben das Haus - wie schon Ihr Haus in Holland, das uns auch so gut gefallen hat - schon an viele unserer Bekannten weiterempfohlen.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön direkt an einem der Etangs in Gruissan. Zwischen Terassentoerchen und Wasser liegt nur die Promenade .
Das Haus ist zweckmeassig eingerichtet und man findet eine sehr gut durchdachte Ausstattung vor. Insbesondere die Kueche liefert alle erforderlichen Gegenstaende um ausgiebig kochen zu koennen. Wie von der Vermieterin mitgeteilt, sollte man bei Anreise nicht vergessen Geschirrhandtuecher, Toilettenpapier und aehnliches für den taeglichen Bedarf mitzubringen, oder man muss sofort in den nahe gelegenen Carfour fahren und sich dort mit einer Grundausstattung eindecken. Von zwei Schlafzimmern hat man einen traumhaften Bilck auf das Wasser. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der grosse Wíntergarten mit Schiebetueren. Hier kann man auch noch bei weniger angenehmen Temperaturen sitzen und auf das Wasser schauen oder ein gemuetliches Fruehstuek zu sich nehmen. Wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt liegt ein sehr grosser Traumstrand an dem man auch mit Hunden willkomen ist. Ich kann das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen. Gerade mit Hund ist es ein ideales Urlaubsdomizil.

Wir waren total begeistert! Das Haus ist klasse und läßt nichts vermissen. Endlich mal ein Ferienhaus,
in dem es nicht an „Aufhängehaken“ und Ablageflächen mangelt.
Spektakulär ist die Lage: Ruhe pur, keinerlei Autogeräusche, vom Bett aus schon Blick aufs Meer, ein toller Wintergarten und eine sehr
schöne Terrasse. Was will man mehr?
Gruissan und die Landschaft bilden eine tolle Abrundung.
Klasse Ferien!

Wir haben eine kleine Frankreich-Rundreise gemacht und die letzte Woche als krönenden Abschluss in Ihrem Haus "La Baie du Levant" verbracht.
Ein wunderbares, großzügiges Haus mit einer tollen Ausstattung in einer sensationell schönen Lage. Aus allen Zimmern hat man einen phantastischen Blick aufs Meer bis hin zu den Pyrenäen.

Gemütliches Amiente auch zur kalten Jahreszeit

Ein wunderbar gelegenes Ferienhaus mit Blick über das dahinschlafende Meer. Service vor-Ort durch eine sehr sympathische Obejktbetreuung. Auch toll: viele Unterlagen und Prospekte zu Sehenswürdigkeiten im Haus, gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Einziges Manko: man musste wirklich alles mitbringen (sogar Spülmittel) und musste es auch wieder mit nehmen (schade). Aber es lohnt sich wirklich alle Male!! Wer kann, sollte sich das nicht entgehen lassen. Danke an die tollen Hausbesitzer und die tolle Frau vor Ort für einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub.
Owner's Response: Eine kleine Anmerkung: immer, wenn wir selbst in dem Haus sind, stellen wir alles bereit: Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Toilettenpapier, Lappen, Leder, Backpapier u.v.m. Leider wird von manchen wenigen Gästen alles aufgebraucht und nichts Neues hingestellt. Leider sind Sie, liebe Frau Yps19811, genau dort gewesen, als das passiert ist. Das ist aber die ganz große Ausnahme!
