Just steps to sand and sea with ocean view decks upstairs and down, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, 'great room' for entertaining family and friends, full kitchen with all amenities, community pool and a large selection of books and DVDs. Great fishing from the beach or just a short walk to San Luis Pass and a 20 minute drive to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, mini-golf, movie-theater, restaurants and shopping. Home sleeps 6-7 in bedrooms and up to 4 more on two futons in living room.

Fabulous Home & Beach Location

This home was a true beach retreat! Located right on the beach, the breeze and the views were fabulous. The decor is fresh and bright with "beach-theme" accents and lots of windows with great views of the beach. We shared the home with another family and our "20-somethings" children! We were celebrating a graduation from UT Medical Branch. The home had a large great-room perfect for visiting and the deck and grill were ideal for the bar-b-que! The wide beach is great for a game of Frisbee or a jog. I would have a hard time recommending better beach accommodations at any price.

Perfect in every way!

Our family (visiting from Canada) had a very lovely time at this property. The entire set up was absolutely perfect--open floor plan for living/kitchen area, 3 separate rooms, large windows to take in the ocean view....Really good atmosphere~ We really enjoyed the beach front view and the covered swinging bench on the deck. It was very relaxing and enjoyable for the adults and the two toddlers we had. We appreciated that the property was very clean & tidy,the washer & dryer units, downstairs shower (to wash sand off from the beach), board games, separate toilets for each room, comfortable beds, etc. etc... On another note, the owner was very responsive and provided very detailed information about how to get to the property, what amenities are provided, what the check out procedures are, etc. I highly recommend this property!

Absolutely perfect!

This place is just perfect in every sense of the word. It is right on the beach with wonderful views from every room. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. It was large enough to accomodate our two familes. And even though we both have children, we didn't use the third bedroom because the children enjoyed sleeping on the futons. We had a great time there and look forward to renting this place again. Thank you Amy for being so gracious and accomodating our last minute scheduling.
