Nice and its events 2003: If the Carnival of Nice (February 21 until March 5) has been for a long time the major tourist event of Nice, now, there are numerous international events which are giving a rhythm to the life of the town, such as the Nice Jazz Festival (July 20 - July 27), without mentioning the sportive meetings - Nikaia, Triathlon (June 18), Semi Marathon (April 27). In the same time, the cultural aspects are generating an intense artistic life. Although Nice may be considered as a modern town, it has not forgotten its traditions. They are celebrated through May, the Cougourdons, the Vineyeards Feasts, where the gastronomy of Nice is honoured and the 'niçois', the local dialect coming from the langue d'oc, the southern French is king of the day.

Sehr schöne sonnige Fe-Wo für 2-3 Personen

Die Fe-Wo liegt sehr schön am Hang. Nach Nizza-Zentrum sind es nur ein paar Autominuten. Der Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür ab. Auch als Ausgangsposition für Ausflüge liegt die Wohnung super, da man nach Norden in kurzer Zeit die A8 erreicht oder nach Süden schnell am Meer ist. Die Terrasse ist das Schmuckstück der Wohnung. Da die Hälfte überdacht ist, kann man dort noch sehr lange abends gemütlich sitzen auch wenn es schon kälter wird. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und man hat alles um sich super wohl zu fühlen. Der Pool sowie die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Tiefgarage. Wir haben dort 10 Tage Urlaub verbracht und es war ein super schön und vorallem erholsamer Urlaub. Wir können diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Fest steht: wir kommen wieder. Was noch wichtig ist: Dier Angaben im Inserat stimmen überein. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und die Betreuung vor Ort war ebenfalls (da deutschsprachig) total unkompliziert. Hier noch ein paar Umgebungstips: nördlich vom Bahnhof gibt es die Av. Malaussena dort befindet sich in der Fußgängerzone ein Markt mit Fisch, Gemüse etc. (sehr günstig). Auf jeden Fall muss man folgende Orte besichtigen: Nizza, Cannes, Menton,Eze, Monaco, Grass, diese sind ein muss. Alle anderen wie St. Paul, Vence usw. sind natürlich auch sehr schön.kuddelundsilk.

Im Oktober noch Poolzeit ... Familienfreundlich

Uns hat der Urlaub in der Fewo gut gefallen.
Wir haben die komplette Tages und Abendzeit auf der Terasse verbracht und das gute Wetter am Mittelmeer genossen.
Unserem Kleinen Sohn (1 Jahr alt) hat das viele draußen sein richtig gut gefallen und auch das baden im Kinderpool und der kleine Spielplatz der mit zum Gelände gehört.
Für uns als Familie also optimal und auch weiter zu empfehlen.
Ein kleiner Minuspunkt in punkto Sauberkeit durch die Putzfirma.
Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut und alles hat reibungslos geklappt.
Bushalte und Briefkasten sind direkt vor der Tür.
Wir haben einen Bäcker bzw. eienn kleinen Laden in der Nähe vermisst.

Schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick und Swimmingpool

Die Ferienwohnung in Nizza ist relativ zentral gelegen, sehr schön ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl darin gefühlt. Die Küche ist auch für einen Hobbykoch bestens sortiert. Die große Terasse mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick verleitet dazu, auch gemütliche Abende zuhause zu verbringen und der Swimmingpool lässt keine Urlaubswünsche offen.
Die Wohnung selbst ist mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet, und die Flasche Sekt zur Begrüßung freute uns auch sehr. Alles in allem ist diese Wohnung jedem Cote d´Azur Urlauber wärmstens zu empfehlen.

wer wert auf sauberkeit legt

wir haben die wohnung im juni 2009 für 2 wochen
angemietet.
die betreuung im vorfeld durch den vermieter waren sehr
gut, es hat alles super gut funktioniert auch mit der
bezahlung und der übersendung des schlüssels

die lage der wohnung war wie beschrieben auch die
ausstattung. die anlage selbst war sehr gepflegt
die anlage selbst ist sehr ruhig und der blick aufs meer
ist traumhaft
was allerdings gar nicht ging, war die sauberkeit
den boden habe ich noch am abend der ankuft 3 x raus-
gewischt, jedesmal war das wischwasser schwarz
zwischen toilettensitz und wasserkasten lagen jede menge
haare, in der dusche waren noch die seifenreste der vor-
mieter und am fenster im schlafzimmer waren irgendeine
flüssigkeit, die am fenster runterlief, hingetrocknet von den
handabdrücken an den scheiben ganz zu schweigen
überall in der wohnung waren haare auf dem boden
die kaffeemaschine konnte man gar nicht benutzen,
wir haben uns für die zeit des aufenthaltes eine neue gekauft, in der küche standen noch jede menge lebensmittel von diversen vormietern, die auch nicht entsorgt wurden und auch nicht mehr sehr appetitlich aussahen. also alles in allem, wer wert auf sauberkeit
legt sollte diese wohnung nicht anmieten
