This beautiful pool home is located on a direct Gulf sailboat-access Canal . You'll find a spacious layout with an open floor plan and wonderful views of the pool and canal waterfront. Inside it's cool with 2500 sq. feet under air and ceiling fans in all rooms. The living room and den area is designed for comfort and relaxation. For your entertainment, you can watch a movie on DirecTV, DVD. Past the french doors is the lanai and patio are perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Watch the sun rise and enjoy your morning coffee poolside. Soak up the sun on the chaise lounges. Enjoy the water view from the comfortable cushioned furniture. Or take a dip in the heated pool. Patio dining furniture and a gas barbecue are included for outdoor family cookouts and meals. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances and conveniences. The breakfast nook area and the kitchen countertop bar area offer sea views.
