This home is furnished with all new furniture, furnishings, linens and California closets. The Cherry wood kitchen has a Thermidor professional gas range with griddle. All stainless steel appliances. Whirlpool duet washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed. The bathroom has his and her granite sinks and custom closets. Whirlpool, shower and a bidet. The master and 2nd bedrooms are split from the other 2 bedrooms. The master and 2nd bedroom has private entrance to the pool. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are upstairs. The living room has a sofa that can be converted to a bed. There is a 60 inch Plasma HDTV with DVR in the living room and 40 inch HDTV in the master bedroom.

Great house for family!

We rented this house for my college graduation in May 2009 and couldn't have asked for better accomodations! The house has plenty of space for a large family. The furniture was very comfortable. I even have a family member who is wheelchair bound and she was able to get around.

Pat and Kevin are great! They helped us out in a pinch when our original house's landlord had to cancel.

I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

Graduation and Vacation in one trip

My family and I rented this home and we had a wonderful time. The house was well-maintained and clean. The owner provided great service and personal touches that made us feel special.

We would recommend this property for families. There was plenty of room and they even had board games and water games for our use. The location was perfect. It was far enough for peace and quiet but less than 10 minutes from the mainstream. We also took advantage of the pool and enjoyed the mango tree which the owner so graciously extended to us.

Great Property and nice owner to deal with.

We went to Fort Lauderdale to get my son married. We were lucky to get this house at the last minute because the other house we paid the deposit was forclosed and the owner could not give it to us.

The house was clean and very nice. The owner was very helpful and accomodating. He in fact came over to fix the internet when we hade difficulty with it.

The house is very big and can sleep a lot of people. It is in a very nice and safe part of town. All amenities and shopping is close by.
