Details of the apartment: There is a jasmin- and bougainvillea-covered arch leading down to the apartment where you will find the sun terrace and swimming pool. Then you will find a glass door leading to the 'wintergarten' with a further door leading in the apartment. All the windows of the apartment are arch shaped giving a true Mediterranean charm. The favourite feature for the visitors is the 'wintergarten' as you can relax here in the sunshine nearly every day of the year. Leisure Activities: Most local beaches offer water sports including water skiing, surfing and diving. Horse riding stables can be located next to Oliva Nova Golf Course and there is a go-cart track nearby. Within 30-45 minutes drive you can visit Vergel Safari Park, Mundomar Sea World, Terra Mitica Theme Park or Aqualandia Water Park. Alternatively you could visit Ibiza on a trip from Denia port, a 25 minute drive away. There are other boat trips to be enjoyed, which travel up and down the coast and to nearby islands. In Valencia located on a narrow stretch of dunes and dense pinewoods separating the Albufera Lagoon from the Mediterranean Sea is the El Saler Golf Course, ranked among the Top 10 in Europe and Top 100 in the world. The adjacent Albufera Lagoon is a fast expense of brackish waters and rice paddies, which is also a natural reserve full of birds and wild life. The prestigious Oliva Nova Golf Course is within a 20 minute drive from the villa. This course was designed by Seve Ballesteros, is reasonably priced and boasts an excellent clubhouse with restaurant.
