In addition to over 2400 square feet of living space, there is an additional 3000+ square feet of outdoor space with a giant deck off the house that covers the patio below, and another 2 level deck down right over the water!

Lounge in the sun or the shade and enjoy swimming in the calm Lake Dunlap. Bring your boat! There is a boat launch 5 minutes away and we have plenty of parking for the trailer at no extra charge.
Inside the house you will enjoy a gorgeous gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and island/bar. The kitchen flows into the dining room and then into the living room to create a huge open space to hangout and relax. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. Just bring the food and we will supply the dishes, pots, pans, silverware and everything in between!
The living room has a great 42 in. HDTV and a leather sofa sleeper with love seat. Also on the main floor is the Master bedroom that has a King Size bed and a private bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. Across the hall from the Master bedroom is another bedroom with two (2) full size beds. There is also another full bathroom downstairs.
We also have a full size washer and dryer downstairs for your convenience.
Head upstairs and take in the breathtaking views from another bedroom with a King size bed, a den area which has a sofa sleeper and another HDTV (great area for the kids!). The den opens up onto a beautiful 1000 square foot deck with amazing views of the lake.
Past the den is the 'Bunk Room' that has 1 full size bed & a Full on top of Full Bunk Bed (That's 3 Full size beds!). Also upstairs is a 'Jack and Jill' bathroom (2 separate sinks which are separated from the rest of the bathroom).

The Bandit (8th best course in Texas) is less than 10 minutes away and you are within an hour to all that San Antonio has to offer: La Cantera, Hyatt Hill Country, The Quarry, Pecan Valley, The Club at Sonterra, Northern Hills, Briggs, and more!
