Lovely Brownstone setting in the Stuyvesant Heights area. Located in a block full of beautiful houses. all built in the 1910 era. This house still has quite a few of the original details. The Parlor floor has two bedrooms, each one private from one another. High ceilings, Shutter windows. Very warm atmosphere. The first bedroom has two queen sized beds. the second bedroom has two full sized beds. The garden level has two full sized futons that sleeps 4 guests, also included on this floor a flat screen TV and DVD player. The garden level has the 1/2 bathroom and a small room attached in the back. All wood floors through the house. Very spacious kitchen, easily fits everyone for dinner.
