Photos and Description of this Benidorm holiday villa

The vacation home has been newly furnished and modernized. It adds over 2 big terraces with awnings, a cultivated, completed small garden, pool with roof, pavilion and sunny area. Even in winter, the house has sun during the whole day starting at noon. The beach is only about 400 meters away. The villa has an additional penthouse with a separate entrance, so that 10 people can live comfortably in the place with the penthouse. All rooms are air-conditioned. There is a single garage. Our pool is 7.50 X 4 m big. It can be heated if you want. The electric use is going for the latter.

The place lies directly at the beach at the Poniente Bay and has smooth sandy beaches and shallow water for the first 50 meters. Here, there are no high buildings or business establishments. Here it is very quiet. In the La Cala, we have enough restaurants and bars and also enough doctors. Nearby, you find many shops for food. If you like shopping in a big center, you must drive to Carrefour - 3 km far from the villa.Here you find also Lidl and Plus . If you look at clothes , please visit the Shopping Center Marinas at the same area.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The Villa Sol is now four years old and therefore all the furnishings are very new. Inside you will find SAT digital TV, telephone, chimney, video, air-conditioning, single garage, washing machine, dishwater and microwave. Heated pool with roof, secluded garden and many other things. We heat the pool if it is your desire. We can heat over 30 °. Only the cost for electricity is yours. If you use the pool and we heat, please close the pool after your bath. So the electricity will be cheaper for you. If you book a whole month, we reduce the daily price of 15 %. Your booking must be due from the first till the end of the month (30 - 31.) The price is for 6 persons, each person more 10 % up. During the wintertime from November till April the lodger has to pay for the whole electricity. In summer from Mai till October the electric only for the air-conditioning and pool, if you like to use it. The price for one KW is 0,18 €. The payment must be done within 14 days with 40 % of the rent.
  • Arrival not before 6 p.m., departure please before 10 a.m. Other arrangements are available with the owner. We let the villa only per week. If you like to rent it for less than one week, the daily price is 172 € . Final cleaning 130 €, the cost for the bed linen / towels is 12 € per person/ set/ changing. We have a single garage in the villa; you can rent her with 6 € per day. Every year from Nov. till March we have a special price for the wintertime. 1 month 1200 €, 2 months 1100 €, 3 months 1000 € and 4/5 months 900 €. From Nov. till March the owner provides the bed linen / towels, then final cleaning 180 €. Small animal will be allowed by the owner, the cost is 15 € per month , then is the final cleaning 30 € higher during the renting period. Nearby you find shopping-centres, restaurants, also a cart racing course. The contract must be back within 7 days after signing. If the lodger don't fill the term of the contract, the lessor can cancel dismiss the contract and the Lodger must.

Poniente beach is located at the west side and La Cala is the end of Poniente. Benidorm is protected and coved by colossal mountain range, known as the Sierra de Aitanna. Terra Mitica Theme Park, Terra Natura Animal Park, Aqualandia Water Park, Mundamar Dolphin Park, the Bullring. Benidorm Palace International Variety Show and a Casino. Benidorm takes its name from the Arabic of 'Bendahrim', being named after the family who initially colonised the area. Situated between the cities of Valencia - Alicante.

Further Details: Pool can be heated up to 28°C till 34 ° upon request and against compensation for energy-outlay. Terra Mitica amusement park, 2 large, light sandy beaches, distance from the beach: 400 m. Please visit the Benidorm Showpalace. Before the show you can book a dinner there, and after you look at the Nightshow. For your children is a visit in Mundomar Sea Life an event. Delphine Show .

Fishery Port: A event is a visit in Calpe Harbour. Ca 5 o'clock in the evening the fisher boats comes in and you can take a look at her hauls. It's very intresting and you see a lot of fish -range. At the harbour are a lot of Fishrestaurants. You have a great selection with fresh fish, lobster and other prawn's. Please make Photos with your Camera, it's good for your remember at home.

You play Golf or Tennis? No problem in Benidorm. Benidorm has a new Golf-Court nearby Terra Mitica Park with 18 holes. There are very good parking at the Court and also a very good Restaurant. The Court open in 2006. You find many Tennis Courts surrounding from Benidorm. You can play on sand or hardcourts. Besides we have in the La Cala Poniente a diving school. 500 m from our house.

Golf: In 2006 Benidorm open a new 18 holes Golf Court nearby Terra Mitica Park. Only 3 km far from our Villa Sol. You must follow the street in description direction Terra Mitica. If you see left the slip road Valencia / Alicante, you drive right before you passed the roundabout. Look at the right side, after 500 m you are at the Court. You find also Courts in Oliva 65 km far, Alicante - Bon Alba approx. 35 km far and in Altea La Vieja. In Benidorm you find plenty of Parking-Places. Also a very good Restaurant.

Lovely holiday at villa sol

We have just spent an idyllic three weeks at villa sol. The villa is modern, well equipped and comfortable. The villa is in an excellent position, just a short walk to either la cala beach or poniente beach, which are both beautiful. We were very impressed with la cala, it has an excellent mix of international restaurants and a friendly atmosphere. There is a large street market three mornings a week in la cala within walking distance of the villa, as well as a smaller market some evenings. Villa Sol has a fabulous view of la cala, including the beach. The pool is exceptional and the water is warm. The centre of Benidorm is only a short bus ride away, costing around one euro per person. We will definately be back.

Klasse Ferienhaus mit super Stränden!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub vom 31.08. - 11.09.2009 in der Villa Sol in Benidorm verbracht!
Das Haus hat gleich einen guten und vorallem sauberen Eindruck gemacht!
Das Haus hat zwei große Balkone, von denen man teilweise Sicht aufs Meer hat.
Überragend war natürlich der hauseigene Pool, mit Liegeterasse!

Zu dem Ort ist folgendes zu sagen:
Es gibt zwei Strände, die beide in etwa 2-3 min Fußweg erreichbar sind. Wir hatten immer super Wetter.
Benidorm ist generell für jedermann geeignet. Es gibt viele Discotheken, Restaurants und Bars. Und das alles zu sehr humanen Preisen.

Hat sich auf jedenfall gelohnt!

Da stimmt einfach alles

Hatten schon zweimal das Glück in diesem wundervollen Domizil Urlaub zu verbringen. Hier stimmt einfach alles und die etwas grössere Entfernung zum Strand (5 Gehminuten) werden durch den separaten Pool ausgezeichnet kompensiert.

Anklang gefunden und dementsprechend auch einen großen Kreis wiederkehrender Gäste . Das hatten wir uns so gewünscht und sind Solz darauf , das es in so kurzer Zeit gelungen ist . Dazu tragen auch meine fleißigen Mitarbeiterinnen bei , die sich größte Mühe mit der Reinhaltung geben .Dieses Kriterium ist uns wichtig und findet auch den entsprechenden Anklang bei unseren Gästen . Ein Grund mehr , auch in der Zukunft wieder die Villa zu buchen . Haben Sie , liebe Gäste , einen Vorschlag was wir besser machen können , dann bitte sagen Sie es uns . Wir tun alles , was in unserer Macht steht , auch den letzten Ihrer Wünsche zu erfüllen . Eines haben wir gelernt , ist der Gast zufrieden , bringt er neue Gäste ins Haus , ist er es nicht , blieben nicht nur diese ; sondern auch er selber aus .
