More About the Property: The open plan kitchen area is accessible from both the living and dining rooms and is newly fitted with all modern appliances as well as having an attractive stone bar counter with bar stools where guests can enjoy breakfast or snacks. Beyond the kitchen is an ironing room and laundry to the rear of the house, leading out to a small terrace area looking back up to the mountains.

One of the four bedrooms (with queen size double bed) is also situated on the ground floor level of the house with an en suite bathroom with shower. Upstairs the spacious sea-facing master bedroom has a queen-size double bed and large luxurious en suite bathroom with double basins, shower and separate free-standing bath tub. This bedroom also has access to a sea-facing balcony shared with the third bedroom (another queen size double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower). The fourth bedroom with queen size double bed has its own private bathroom with shower.

The spacious and partly shaded pool area is perfect for relaxing and entertaining in style, with a small separate lawn and terraced area close by as well as an attractive covered 'garden room' (with further dining table and chairs) leading out to the garden from the main house and on via a few steps down to the inviting pool. The property also has its own private double garage and is alarmed with 24 hour monitoring service.
