Lots of vaulted ceilings and arches make up this custom decorated Fully tiled 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in a quiet residential area. Split level bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, ample seating in family room with 8 seater Dining room and sits six in the breakfast nook. Private south facing Screened in pool and spa Very close to Disney parks (approx 15 mins) also very close to Universal, International Drive, Seaworld etc. Free wireless Internet plus use of desktop pc with internet also selection of DVD's to watch and selection of books to read and play virtual games and sports in the WII..

Situated conveniently just a couple of miles south of 192, with supermarkets walmart and publix just a few minutes away. Outlet stores appeox 10 minutes away and the new shopping center the loop also 10 minutes. Ols town with its rides and parade of vintage cars, 10-12 minutes weat on 192 and of course Mickey is 15 minutes away with universal, sea world and I-Drive all within 20 minutes. There are ample golf courses nearby and also spring training at Disneys wide world of sport plus other sporting events.

games: There are board games, books and a Nintendo Wii Sport for your use.

fantastic experience from beginning to end. The photographs did not do the villa justice which was beautifully maintained. The villa was very well situated for all the theme parks and shopping. very, very clean and the sheets and towels were to die for, plus lots of extras left by the owner for are use. My family will definately be coming back, plus we have already planned a trip later in the year to their other villa in southwest Florida.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
