Situated on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic, in the town of Cabrera, This beautiful beachfront 3 bedroom and 3 1/2 bath house is located in the exclusive community of Orchid Bay. Orchid Bay has long been recognized as one of the premier private and gated communities along the north coast. Known for its natural beauty and the incredible coast line that it hugs, you won’t believe the peace and calm that you feel here. The home is made up of two separate buildings The first, consists of two bedroom suites, the living room with a fireplace (just in case), dining area and the kitchen. There is a large and comfortable covered patio area which over looks the pool to the ocean. The second part of the home is the casita which has the master bedroom suite. This also has another large cover porch for plenty of outdoor lounging. This building is located on the edge of the bluff, where a large staircase takes you to beach below.
