The apartment provides a 52' flat screen TV with HD cable with tons of movie & HD channels, complementary WiFi connection, plus all you need for a great holiday. It boasts subtle touches such as 800+ thread count sheets on the King sized bed, walk in closet in the Master bedroom, marble baths with Jacuzzi in the master bathroom and full use of linens and cooking/silverware. The guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed as well as a set of bunk beds, ensuring there is space for everyone. The spacious balcony has a breakfast table & lounge chairs to enjoy the glorious sunrise and sunset as it overlooks the water where dolphins and manatees cavort. All rooms enjoy a water view. The lobby provides a personal assistant to help you with concierge services like restaurant reservations, purchase theatre tickets and rent a boat.

The building has amenities such as 24 hour concierge & valet service and there is a manned security booth for access to the island. There are 2 restaurants at the clubhouse as well as a swimming pool and Jacuzzi for the building on top of a separate swimming pool at the club that is on the Island. All pools have pool boy service to set up the chairs, umbrellas and provide towels for you. There is shuttle service all through the Island should you like to get to another building, the restaurants, spa, pool club or even the market. You are 5 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes from the Aventura Mall, and close to both Ft. Lauderdale Airport and Miami Airport.
