  • Two-night minimum stay, maximum of two guests, one night or 25% deposit required upon reservation (whichever is greater). $500 security deposit required upon arrival, assuming no damage, refunded within 48 hours following departure.

    Cancellation policy for short term stays (7 days or less): for cancellations made 14 days or more away from scheduled arrival, the deposit is refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. For cancellations made 13 days or less away from scheduled arrival, the deposit becomes nonrefundable. No-shows and early departures are liable for the duration of the confirmed reservation.

    Cancellation policy for longer term stays (8 days and more): for cancellations made 30 days or more away from scheduled arrival, the deposit is refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. Local attractions: The loft apartment is located on Amherst street on the eastern side of downtown Montreal, within walking distance of: -the Village (around the corner) -the Latin Quarter (5 minutes) -historic Old Montreal (15 minutes) -Place des Arts (15 minutes) -Plateau Mont Royal (20 minutes) -Downtown shopping (20 minutes). If you do not feel like walking, the Berri-UQAM subway station is a convenient two blocks away. There are a number of excellent, highly-recommended restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the loft. Bicycles can be rented at the bike shop just down the street. Amherst street is also known for its galeries, boutiques and retro-antique shops.
