The home is located in a beautiful, peaceful, and secluded wooded area four miles east of the town of Indian River. Built in 2004 with all the modern amenities. The lot is two acres with the back abutting the Pigeon River state forest for hiking and exploration.

Nearest Motorway: 4 miles east of exit 310 on I 75 at 4 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 4 Miles
Car: necessary
Many large inland lakes, and 2 great lakes nearby. Boat rentals available in Indian River. Canoe, raft, tube, and kayak trips on the Sturgeon River (one of the best in the state). Close to hundreds miles of groomed snowmobile and ATV trails. Wildlife including elk, deer, wild turkey,and many birds can be observed in the thousands acres of state forest nearby. Approximately 30 miles from the Mackinac Bridge and the Upper Peninsula.

What a perfect vacation! Minutes from the state parks, beautiful beaches and Mackinaw. We had more than enough to do and a beautiful, relaxing hideaway at night.
We'll be back!
