Centrally located, only 5 minutes walk to the beach! Abbot Kinney, the hippest part of Venice, full of shops, restaurants, and bars is just a couple blocks away! A few blocks from Venice Canals and the Board Walk. Close to Santa Monica Pier and Third Street Promenade. Convenient bus system a block away. Parking on the property. Two bikes available. Wireless Internet Access and Cable TV.

Awesome house, great location!

Just spent 3 days in the house, loved it! The location is perfect, 10 minutes from LAX, 5 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from Whole Foods and the neighborhood is amazingly quiet. The house itself is great, has everything you need, washer, dryer, fully equiped kitchen, perfect if you have kids (lot of toys) even more if you have a baby (crib, high chair), very comfortable beds, BBQ...just awesome!!

Very close to the beach!

This is a very simple beach house. Nothing fancy, but really close to the beach (3 blocks-5-10 minutes walk) and great for families with young children. They have everything--boogie boards, bikes, toys for the kids, BBQ, etc. Also, many restaurants of every type within walking distance. The only thing I didn't like is the arrangement of the rooms: the third bedroom is a converted garage, so you have to walk through the second bedroom to get to the third. Not much privacy for those in the second bedroom, but if everyone is on friendly terms it is fine ;)
But it is small drawback--the house is otherwise ideally located and a good price for being on Venice Beach.
