Just steps away from Scarborough beach this cape home is the perfect place to make great family summer memories. Walk off the beach right into your beach cottage. In the off-season, this is our home away from home. The cottage is clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated with Pergo floors throughout, new appliances, enclosed outdoor shower and washer/dryer. Unbeatable ocean views included! In addition to Scarborough Beach and adjoining Black Point nature preserve, the area boasts three of New England's most beautiful beaches, Block Island/Martha's Vineyard ferry terminals (1 mile), the Newport mansions (20 minutes) and Providence dining, entertainment and shopping (30 minutes). No pets, no smoking. Single family rental only/no overnight guests please. Rental includes parking for two cars.
