Vast patios provide seamless indoor and outdoor living, especially when you open all 25 doors to the native grass meadow and slate patios. The Chef”s appointed kitchen offers a Wolf cook top and oven, Fisher Paykel double dishwasher drawers, several subzero refrigeration systems, and beautiful cookware and tableware.

Our family stayed in this wonderful home during mid-January 2009 for the week; we were very fortunate as the weather all week was sunny and in the 70’s. Without a doubt, this is one of the most beautiful homes you could choose for a vacation stay. The views of Carmel and the ocean are spectacular. The custom-built home mixes rustic wood with decorative concrete to create a warm, comfortable environment. You feel like you are at one with nature while in the house as well as while sitting or walking on the expansive porches. I think a great thing about this Point Lobos Ridge home is that you could use it for an executive retreat or it fully accommodates the family with young children. We had two kids under one year old, a three and five year old as well as six adults staying there during our vacation. Parking was ample for the four cars we had and Carmel was only a short drive away for the restaurants, sightseeing, beaches, and golfing.
Lou and Kristin, the owners who live nearby, were gracious hosts and if you are lucky, their dog Lillie will come over and play ball with you. If you want a truly unique place to stay while vacationing or visiting the Monterey Peninsula, I would highly recommend that you stay at this exceptional home; it will help create some great memories for you.
