All 200 feet of waterfront is lined with a cement sitting wall that is perfect for dangling your feet in the water, or wading in the sandy beach area just perfect for kids. The paddleboat is good exercise and a fun way to move about the protected cove or you can have a quiet paddle in the canoe in and out of all the nooks and crannies or around the countless islands in the lake. Go to the best fishing spots or tour the entire shoreline in the 12’ aluminum boat with a 10hp motor. We supply the gas. Beyond the great views from every room, the knotty pine walls give the cottage a cozy, comfortable feel, so you’ll enjoy yourself whether inside or out. The kitchen has practically every amenity imaginable and you’ll enjoy cooking your favorite dishes as you look out at the lake or back into the woods. Everyone can gather around the dining room table that overlooks the waterfront. It’s also the center for card and board games that will have everyone laughing.

The cobblestone fireplace will keep you warm and toasty and is a great spot to catch up on your reading, tell stories, or just stare into the fire. You can watch TV or the latest DVDs. Some just “rest their eyes”. When it is time to turn in, there are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 are private (1 Queen) (1 Queen & 1 Twin) and one is semi-private (1 Queen). There is a full bath with shower on the first floor. Oak Hill is the ideal spot for a fun-filled, restful and relaxing vacation with family and friends.
