Pelican Point, quiet setting on Hungars Creek about a half mile by boat to the Chesapeake Bay from the private dock. Enjoy the sounds of nature that only the Eastern Shore can provide, about 5 hours from N.Y., Phila., or Washington, D.C. On 1.5 acres just north of Eastville, where you can view the oldest continuous court records in the US. 10 miles south, visit historic Cape Charles with golf courses, marina, shopping, playhouse, restaurants and beach. Visit Kiptopeake State Park, Tangier Island, and Chincoteague where the last Wednesday in July is Pony Penning Day, made famous in Marguerite Henry's book, 'Misty of Chincoteague.' For more excitement cross the bay to Va. Beach, Norfolk or Williamsburg. Our favorite day trip is to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg. The house has a great room, with gas fireplace, first floor master bdr., 3 other large bedrooms, large kitchen, dining room, screened porch & deck. Dock, Boat Ramp

Privacy, yet so close to everything!

My family has never spent a more relaxing vacation - EVER! Minutes to shopping, entertainment, dining, Busch Gardens, Virginia Beach, etc. The home itself was immaculate and met our every need. Owner could not have been easier to work with and neighbors were friendly and helpful. You can take a walk thru the development and everyone you meet or who passes you in a car will wave and greet you. If you want to just unwind, fish/crab from the dock, get away from it all - this is where you want to go! Priced extremely well - go ahead and compare!
