Environment and Security:
Le Hosse is in the middle of a rural area, surrounded by corn fields and pine forests. Quiet days and nights with just the sounds of the nature. Neighboring farms are within walking distance, and security is total (the owner leaves the house open and keys on the car all the time).
A rose garden of 300+ roses will provide you with fresh rose bunches almost daily, you just have to cut them.
The permanent residents:
4 horses which can be ridden by experienced riders in the area, one very friendly dog (Newfoundland) who keeps the house, but who welcomes everybody, a few cats running around, this house is for animal lovers.
Antique :
Le Hosse was built in 1763, and well restored. It is furnished with antique french furniture, adding to the very special cachet of the house. All equipment are new, and of top quality (Miele).

The most famous french golf courses within 30 mn drive: Hossegor, Seignosse, Moliets, Biarritz le Phare, Anglet, St Jean de Luz...
