Casa Berge is a new holiday home located in Mirador de Las Dunas. The house is situated nearby the Dunas Natural Park with a fantastic overlooking view to the dunas, beaches and Isla de Lobos. The house is very spacious with 3 terraces and outside dining. On the ground floor there is a full fitted kitchen, living room with lounge an dining area and double glass door to the patio. There is also a hall and a toilet room. First floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all complete furniture and decorated. The solarium an the roof is 42 sqm. and the sun circles round the house to allow sunbathing at all times of the day. From here you have fabulous views to the beaches, National Park, the Dunas and Lanzarote.Casa Berge provides everything you need for relaxing family holiday.

Nearest Beach: beach at 3.0 Kilometres
The house is situated in new residential complex called Mirador de Las Dunas. It is close up to the Parque Natural which is between the resident and the famous beach. From the roof terrace there is a fantastic view over the town, to the beaches, over the Natural Park and to the island of Lobos and Lanzarote. In Corralejo town you can get all you can ask for as all kind of shops and restaurants. The Bacu Waterpark has it all for the children. As the complex is residential, it is the perfect place to calm down and have quiet time. The lagoon styled swimming pool is inside the complex just a minute from the resident where there also is a smaller shallow pool for the children and a jacuzzi.
