Ski:
Down Hill Skiing: The ski hill in Duluth (Spirit Mountain) can be seen driving to the entrance of the property. There are also smaller ski hills locally such as Fond du lac and Chester Park Ski Hill. Drive a little up the shore and ski at Lutsen!
If cross country is your thing. A three minute drive from the house gets you to the Park in Superior that has great trails for everyone. Spirit Mountain, Fond du lac and Chester Park also have cross country skiing available.
This is the perfect spot for relaxing after a great day of skiing. It has many amenities for the members of your party along for the trip who would prefer to sit in front of the fire than a trip down the hill.
Golf:
There are multiple golf courses in the area including but not limited to: Cloquet Country Club, Nothrland Country Club, Ridgveiw Country Club, Enger Tower Golf, Nemadgi Golf Course, and Superior National Golf Course.
