Welcome to our home on Lake Clay, a large, sandy bottom lake with clear, clean water ideal for fishing and water sports. On a private, dead-end street, our 3300 square foot, completely remodeled, beautifully furnished one-story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is situated on two sprawling lakefront lots with 202 ft. of beautifully landscaped lakefront. Enjoy a beautiful view of the lake from every room in the house. Perfectly located, you can actually walk to Publix, restaurants, etc. It's perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with a screened 8' x 20’ porch with wet bar overlooking the lake, an oversized dock, large entertainment deck, and a strip of sandy beach. Our dock will accommodate jet skis/boats. And pets are welcome, if they are house-trained.

Our spacious home is located in Lake Placid, Florida, in Highlands County, 100 miles south of Orlando on US 27, 100 miles southeast of Tampa and 100 miles northwest of West Palm Beach, Lake Placid is 'in the center of everything while in the middle of nowhere.' Known as the 'Caladium Capital of the World', Lake Placid is a small town with friendly people in the middle of Florida, safe from crime and the fast pace of the typical Florida big city.
