More About the Property: The apartment is on the third floor of a recently renovated 18th century building near the center of Uzès and a two minute walk to the Place aux Herbes. [Please note - it is a third floor apartment and there is no elevator.] The living area of the apartment is 60 square meters (600 square feet) on two levels. On the first level are a small kitchen, eating area, and spacious living room with a fireplace and mantelpiece. A wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine and the bedroom. The bedroom opens out onto a lovely roof top terrace (12 square meters) with views of the Duchy and the rooftops of Uzès. Tasteful decoration with regional antiques and the original stone walls give the apartment charm and warmth. [Note: the stairs to the mezzanine are somewhat steep and may be difficult for young children or elderly people.]

The bedroom has one double bed (140 cm), and the mezzanine has a single bed with a pull-out bed that will comfortably accommodate one adult or two children. The water closet is on the first level and the bathroom (with bathtub/shower) on the second level. There is a closet on the second level. The apartment now has central air-conditioning and heating.
