Mir hat es in der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen, es sind nur wenige Meter zum Meer, ein Pool ist in der Anlage vorhanden, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, nette Nachbarn aus ganz Europa, meist ruhige Leute, also nicht viel Party, eher zum Erholen geeignet.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Umgebung (mit Fahrrad kein Problem). Veramar ist ein neu erbautes Feriengebiet, aber im Hinterland gibt es auch typische andalusische Städte (Vera) und Dörfer (Mojaca). Die FeWo ist wohnlich eingerichtet, freundlich und warm. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt auch. Ich kann es dort wirklich sehr empfehlen...

Zu empfehlen in der Vorsaison

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns recht gut gefallen - lag sicher auch daran, dass kein Gegenüber bzw. unmittelbare Nachbar anwesend war.
Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und gepflegt.
Für zwei bis drei Erwachsene bzw. zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder optimal.
Ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse sowie Auflagen für die Liegen auf der Dachterrasse wären sehr angenehm gewesen.
Ein aktueller Belegungs-Kalender wäre für die Urlaubsplanung ebenfalls hilfreich.

Aussen hui, innen ...

Leider gab es nicht wie versprochen eine Klimaanlage. Alles war ziemlich verdreckt und zu dem hat es jeden morgen nach Urin auf dem Balkon gerochen. Die Anlage ansich war natürlich sehr schön!
Owner's Response: Wie Sie der Beschreibung entnehmen können, ist die Wohnung nicht mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
Für die Wintermonate steht ein Heizlüfter zur Verfügung.
Mit dem Reinigungspersonal wurde eine entsprechende Vereinbarung getroffen, daß dies in Zukunft nicht mehr vorkommen wird.
Bis dato sind in dieser Hinsicht auch noch keine Probleme aufgetaucht.
Für die Gerüche, die im Außenbereich evt. witterungsbedingt entstehen können, kann ich leider nicht die Verantwortung übernehmen.

Ganz tolle Sache. Bin ja selbst Eigentümer einer Wohnung dort gewesen. Uns zieht es immer wieder dort hin.
Preis ist in Ordnung und Wohnung ist ok.Von der Aussicht ganz
zu schweigen.Die Anmietung war völlig komplikationslos.
Ein zweiter Wohnungsschlüssel für den Mieter wäre ein Vor-
schlag von mir.

Wir haben uns in Vera de Mar sehr wohl gefüllt und uns toll erholt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage und verfügt über 2 Terassen mit wunderschönen Ausblicken. Gerne kommen wir noch einmal wieder.
