This professionally decorated 2300 square feet townhome is a wonderful place to vacation in. The townhouse is in Sunset Island a gated community in Ocean City, Maryland. Sunset Island is a 37-acre island resort in Ocean City, MD’s Bayside at 67th Street with private beaches, pools (indoor and outdoor), community store, fishing, exercise room, walking trails. The community offers the best of all worlds: exclusive bayside vacation that is only two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. This newly built development features a family get away for everyone to enjoy. Layout at the pool all day long and have someone serve you a Magarita, Pina Colada or what ever your favorite drink is. Don't worry about packing lunch the cafe has a full service kitchen, with the best crab cakes in town. The kids will love their chicken nuggets and french fries. You can also walk to the the Old Golf Pro to play miniature golf indoor or out. You can also enjoy their game room.

Notes: This house is 3 years old and this is the first summer it will be rented. The house was decorated and furnished for owner use only. It is beautiful and looks brand new. You will fine top of the line beds and furniture. You will also have 3 tv areas where everyone in your family can enjoy viewing there own programs. The house has four porches where you can sit and watch the sunset over the bay. There is also an outside shower for removing all the unwanted sand. You can also do laundry in the full size washer and dryer.
