Located on the 2nd fl is a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The first living level has a very open floor plan which allows greater flexibility in entertaining and enjoying the beach. Adding to this concept of open entertaining is the wonderful waterfront covered porch. The galley style kitchen provides the cook with all the items needed to put together a great meal. On the first floor there is also a laundry area off the kitchen as well as a half bathroom. The yard is private and enclosed.
