Apartments with separated balcony and entrance directly by the Adriasea

The holiday house Dubrovnik is situated in one small pictorial bay named Zaton up of one of many small gravel beaches. The distance to our beach amounts ca. 20 m. You reach the historical city Dubrovnik in ca. 6 km. You do not need a car, because you have daily bus connections to Dubrovnik. Between the beach and the holiday house runs the connecting road from Split to Dubrovnik. Likewise you can take daily boat trips on the discovery journey to the near islands (Elafiti) with beautiful sand beaches! In the neighbourhood you find several restaurants, Cafés, supermarkets, a butcher's shop, bank and post office. The distance to the center of the bay are ca. 2.5 km and/or about 500 m to water (opposite side of the bay). In the Zaton you can take beautiful walks by the promenade and the forest. With a free boat travel along the bay we would like to invite you for the most beautiful weeks of the year!

Our apartment is built and equipped after standards. Since 2004 also air conditioning system is in the apartment present, so that you can sleep at hot August nights finally! The apartment 2 has: kitchen, 2 baths and 2 rooms. One room with bath is separate from the remaining apartment part. Entrances are 2 m of each other far away.
