Welcome to 470 Mariscal, a gated architectural retreat located in the picturesque Little Tuscany neighborhood of Palm Springs just 2 miles from old downtown. Meticulously remodeled from the ground up, this private 3800sq ft home sits on a gated 1/2 acre lot with expanses of glass in every room. The property features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, large open floor plan, side-by-side LG steam washer/dryer, 2-zone central air/heat and 3 master suites with spa-like baths and ample closet space. Polished terrazzo floors lead to an an indoor outdoor oasis of manicured grounds where a heated butterfly pool and in-ground Jacuzzi, outdoor shower and built-in gas grill complete the ultimate Palm Springs escape.

My family and I so enjoyed this property. It is very private and the attention to detail is amazing. The integration of the design flows from the gate through the grounds and the pool, and into the immaculate living space. If you like Eames era design you're going to love this place. If you don't know names like Eames, Henry Miller or George Nelson, you'll love the place but won't exactly know why. It is a refreshing retreat!

Fantastic Weekend

The pictures don't do this property justice, it is magnificent. We were awed the second we opened the gate. We were a group of 5 people and none of us ever wanted, or needed, to leave the property. We spent 3 days and nights enjoying the pool, spa, incredible view and amazing architectural house and would do it again in a heartbeat.

We were very pleased with everything, the house has everything you need. The house was lovely and perfectly located. The owner was very courteous, helpful, and available for phone calls. This was a great vacation, and I would recommend this property to anyone!

Architectural wonder with a relaxing atmosphere

"Meticulously remodeled" is an understatement for this beautiful, refined house. Every detail impresses, from the stunning main living space to the bedrooms and luxury custom bathrooms. The indoor/outdoor life of Palm Springs is exemplified here with the lovely pool and spa. A must for design connoisseurs. We have stayed in private villas in Italy, U.K, and the Caribbean and this one is right up there in terms of class, taste and comfort.
For those that really appreciate great design, and are prepared to take great care of it, this is a very special house deserving guests who will treat it as their own. The owner is rightfully proud of the place and quite discerning of who stays there.
