Downtown living in style! This modern unit has been designed to impress. The unit has been upgraded with travertine floors, unique lighting, fun modern colors, and beautiful granite. The unit has a large private balcony with 3 seating areas, and a private 47-jet 6-person Jacuzzi. The unit is fully furnished with a walk-in closet, queen size bed, 32” LCD TV with fully loaded cable account and DVD. The living room has a couch that makes into a queen size bed for guests. A 29” LCD TV also with fully loaded cable account and wireless internet is available. The kitchen has a large granite countertop that serves 4, and has new appliances. Stacked oversize washer and dryer in the unit. The bathroom has a shower/tub, and one sink. Stroll down to the the restaurants and bars a few blocks away, and enjoy the neighborhood atmosphere of Cortez Hill next to the historic Cortez Hotel.
