Marina Waterfront is a 3,000 sq. ft., 2 story nautical themed home located on the beautiful Sparks Marina. Wake up to beautiful views of the lake, Sierra Nevada front range with snow-capped peaks, and take a peaceful walk around the lake. This modern, well appointed home is conveniently located right on the water. Within minutes are world class casinos, shopping, an adventure water park, and all of the yearly events held in nearby Victoria Square. This home has 4 bedrooms with a queen bed in the master suite, full beds in the second and third bedrooms, and a daybed with trundle in the fourth. There are two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs, a comfortable media room with a large screen TV, a den with extra sleeping accommodations, a two car garage, and a spacious patio with a gas barbeque.
