This charming home has a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, a hi-def TV with Comcast cable, a DVD player, wireless internet, a landline for local calls and a gas grill by the patio. There are two bedrooms each with a full bed, one bedroom with two twin beds, and a pull-out couch (Sleeps 6 - 8). There is also plenty of parking and a fenced in backyard with a patio and enclosed outdoor shower. You are located in a residential neighborhood just a short walk to the beaches off South Street. Parker's River, Sea View & Bass River Beaches have concession stands, restrooms, a fishing pier, a public boat launch, lifeguards and kids' playgrounds. Across from Parker’s River Beach, there is a great indoor/outdoor bar/restaurant called 'The Skipper'. If you prefer to drive, you can buy a weekly Yarmouth (9 Beaches) parking pass for $35 You can also walk to Pirate's Cove mini-golf, Christopher’s Steak House with comedy and entertainment shows, restaurants including the famous Captain Parkers.
