Totally renovated 3 bedroom ranch style home in the Long Pond section of Yarmouth that will meet all of your vacation needs. New stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. This house has comfortable sleeping for 7, cathedral ceilings w/ ceiling fans in living room and sunroom, washer/dryer, 3 season breeze way, cable TV (3) w/ DVD player. Nice walking neighborhood, easy drive to public golf (Bass River), ocean beaches, Long pond. Exactly 2.5 miles to the popular West Dennis Beach! Large flat partially fenced backyard with brand new gas grill. Walk to Dennis/Yarmouth HS for Cape Cod Baseball league games. Small, well-behaved dogs will be considered. Pack N' Play for small children in addition to a feeding seat and exersaucer. New outdoor shower for the Summer season!

comfort, convenience, and value

my family enjoyed a relaxing 10 days at this accurately described property. the house is very comfortable and well-maintained. the neighborhood is quiet and great for jogging. a grocery store and other amenities are just 5 minutes away. it was easy to explore the entire cape from this convenient location.
the owners are helpful and responsive. when the gas ran out for the barbeque, they had the tank refilled quickly.
there is no internet service provided but someone in the area has a wi-fi connection that allowed us to access the internet and send emails all during our stay.
we did not care for the harsh overhead lighting in the kitchen, especially when dining. that was easily remedied by using a bedroom lamp on the kitchen bar.
the basement had a unpleasant, musty smell. there was a dehumidifier but it didn't seem to be working.
overall, a very pleasant stay and a great value.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Families with Young Children

We loved this house and the location. The owners are great and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is very cute and well maintained. The location is central to everything. We had a great time here and would highly recommend it. You will even be greeted by the yard bunny : )

Great House!

My family and I loved the house...it was spotless and very tastefully decorated. The new outdoor shower is fabulous and the large backyard was perfect for my kids! The house felt spacious and the number of rooms and beds was perfect for us. The neighborhood is great...close to stores, gas stations, Dunkin Donuts (very important), but also close to our favorite beaches (W.Dennis and Seagull). Yarmouth is a great central location, especially for kids! The free baseball games at the nearby high school is a great feature, too!
This was, hands down, the best house we've rented at the Cape!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We had a GREAT time at the Cape! The house was very cute, clean, and convenient. The owners were extremely accommodating and the house had everything you could possibly need, truly a home away from home! The only things you will need to bring with you are clothes and food -- friends and family.....and you'll have the PERFECT Cape Cod vacation, enjoy!

We had a wonderful experience as first time visitors of the Cape and S. Yarmouth. The house is in great condition, clean and not overly filled with trinkets!! Owners are very courteous and prompt. Quiet, friendly neighborhood.
