This home has luxury on a grand scale! This two story, eleven room, six bedroom, four full and one half bathroom vacation home is located in a gated community. This home has been renovated to a degree not usually seen in similar homes in the area. Due to these renovations, the house is in virtually new condition. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a flat screen TV and en suit bathroom. This bathroom has a large whirlpool tub, stall shower and water closet. There is also a half bath on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a kitchen island for additional work/storage space and wooden cabinetry. There is a separate dining room and a breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen. The family room boasts a cathedral ceiling as well as a large HD TV, DVD player with assorted movies and a home theater sound system. The bathrooms are also fitted with modern fixtures.

The home furnishings are high grade and comfortable. High speed secure Ethernet wireless service is provided – bring your laptop! There is a carpeted game room with a pool table, air hockey, dart board and a small table with chairs. The second floor has a den area with its own work station complete with computer and printer. There is also a TV, DVD player, Playstation 2 game console with a small library of DVDs and Guitar Hero! No boring rainy days here! There are five bedrooms on the second floor, each with its own TV and DVD player. One of the bedrooms has two bunk bed sets for the small folk. There are three bedrooms with full size beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Three full bathrooms complete this castle! In the rear of the home is a pool with a screened enclosure and unusually large deck, part of which extends beyond the enclosure. There is a removable fence that can be easily installed around the pool for safety’s sake. The home has a monitored alarm system.

The gated community complex has many amenities. Some of the outstanding features of the complex include a large community pool, child's pool, resort hot tub, gazebo, putting green, playground, and beach volleyball court. A clubhouse is on site with a reception/social area, cyber café, and fitness room. The home is just minutes away from championship golf couses, and the sights that made Orlando famous! I have been to Florida many times in the last ten years and stayed at various places and I can honestly say this is the best home I've ever stayed. This spacious home has rooms that are beautifully furnished with comfortable beds in each of the bedrooms. This was the only home that I have stayed at that has offered a computer with Internet service, which was especially helpful if you wanted to look up area attractions or find driving directions from the property. Not only is there a giant screen television is the living room (as well as tvs in each of the bedrooms) and an inground swimming pool, but there is also an awesome gameroom with a nice pool table and air hockey table. You won't regret renting this home for your next vacation.

WONDERFUL VACATION SPOT

I stayed at Skeeter's Luxury Vacation Villa during the week of June 27th, 2009. Wonderful accommodations. Nice private pool and complete game room with pool table and air hockey table. Plenty to keep children occupied. The property was very clean. Yard was well kept. The community clubhouse offers an additional pool and playground. We were only about 15-20 minutes from Disney. I would definitely recommend this vacation property to family and friends. We had a great time.
I can't wait until I can go again.

GREAT WEEK

I would recommend this house for any family big or small. There is plenty of room for the whole family and then some. The kids loved the pool and game rooms.We loved the safety and security of the screened in pool area.They had their own private living room upstairs with games and a game room downstairs also.The layout of the house allowed us to feel like we were all together even though we were doing out own things.I could be in the kitchen fixing dinner and the husband on the couch, while kids were upstairs playing a game but we could all still talk.The house is beautufully decorated and so clean that you could eat off floors, which is unheard of with rentals. There is not one bad thing i would say about this house.It took us about 10-12MIN to get to universal studios and about 1.5 HOUR to get to a very nice beach. It was a great experience and we can not wait to come back.Thanks to the owners for taking great pains with this property and we will be back.

This house is great. It has everything you need and is furnished and decorated beautifully! The pool was wonderful and the gas grill was great. The location is great, quick and easy access to the Disney parks and SeaWorld.
We will definitely stay here again.

Private luxury near the action!

Stayed here with friends in November. Spent the day at Disney (about 20 minutes away with the construction traffic), Location is great for escaping the crowds after a long day. Relaxing in the private pool was an added bonus. If you are not into the theme parks there are numerous golf courses within a couple of miles. The game room and community club house offers plenty of activities to spend the day indoors. Lots of room for a large group or family.
