Our furnished 2 bedroom condo is a non smoking oceanfront corner unit on the third floor with superb uninterrupted views up and down the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach. There is a large double balcony accessed from the living area and master bedroom. There is a separate dining area and a brand new IKEA kitchen with stainless appliances and a large breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a King size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower.The second bedroom has twin beds and a bathroom with tub/shower. The living area has a 42' Flatscreen TV with Home Theater System and DVD player. Enjoy free high speed wireless internet. Relax on a the sleeper sofa, love seat or Lazy Boy Recliner and enjoy being 30 feet from the sand! A laundry room is just down the hall. Just sit on the balcony with a drink and watch the dolphins and ospreys - it doesn't get any better! On the balcony we have 2 recliners, 2 chaises, and a bar table and chairs to eat outside.
