St George UT enjoys 340 days of sunshine a year and is known for its scenic wonders. Our condo is three years old, beautiful two bedroom two bath condo at Las Palmas Resort with all the extras! Scroll down for link to virtual tour and note top quality decor, flat screen TVs, comfortable beds, high ceilings, tile counter tops, tile, carpet and furniture to suit the most discriminating taste, plenty of space (1432) sq.ft. for six people. Great balcony with views of the mountains, facing the southwest to get the winter sun but not the summer sun. The amenities include three in ground pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts racquetball, exercise equipment. Within thirty minutes of ten golf courses, Tuacahn Amphitheater with Broadway plays. Three National Parks, Bryce Canyon,Zion National Park, North Rim of Grand Canyon, and Snow Canyon State Park, Lake Powell, Lake Mead, Las Vegas all within 150 miles. You will enjoy your time spent here!
