This charming quiet brand new stylish 1 bedroom lower level row-house apartment located near Union Station area is in a very central location, in high-end Capital Hills area,close to all the site seeings DC can offer. It has a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Queen day-bed, double in the living room. It can accommodate maximum 4 people. You will have access to high speed internet and cable TV. There is also a washer & and a dryer in the apartment. The apartment is at one minute walk to the subway, close to supermarkets, trendy shops, restaurants,cinema, Estean Market. Sheets and towels are provided.

My Family really love the place! The description of the place and location was accurate. The apartment was well-maintained and we really appreciate that the owner was available if we needed something. I will recommend this place to a friends any time. The fact that it is right by Union station where all the shop and restaurants are where a plus, my Family enjoyed all the museum's which they were in walking distance and of course the Capital

This apartment exceeded our expectation. The attention to detail makes you feel right at home- but better! My parents loved the place and want to stay there when ever they visit! Metro is only a block away and there are several great restaurants, market, and fun local spots all within walking distance. Location! Location! Location!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

It looks just like the picture and smells new! I rented the place for my friends and me visiting from west coast. The location is great and a block to the metro. The coffee shop on the corner is the coolest place to hang out for coffee.
