This contemporary townhouse is a one-minute walk to the 7-mile stretch of beach and located just a mile from the pier and amusements. It has all the comforts and amenities most vacationers are looking for: a kitchen with modern appliances and fully stocked cookware/dishware, high speed internet, 27 inch cable color television with VCR and DVD players, 100+ DVD/video library, air-conditioned bedroom with a baby crib, washer/dryer, two bikes (full and kid sized) and a Weber gas grill to name a few. A partially finished garage with wicker furniture gives you an additional full bathroom. There is a strict no pets and no smoking policy in the unit at all times that is enforced by the Condo Association. Parking is available for two cars.

Ground Level: Our condo is the end unit away from the road (minimizes the noise from vehicles and vacationers). The garage at the entry level has been converted into a seating area with comfortable wicker furniture and some adult games and children's books. A toilet, sink and an indoor shower on the ground level makes it very convenient to clean-up upon returning from the beach. There is also an outside shower at the back of the building for those very messy instances. A 100+ video library is also housed at the ground level. You will find a good variety that appeals to both adults and kids (at least that is what we think!). Finally, an adult and a kids bike are available for sightseeing trips around Old Orchard Beach.

First Floor: The main living area, dining area and the kitchen are on the first floor. The kitchen includes all modern appliances and adequate dishware and silverware. The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, 27 inch color cable television, DVD player, VCR, and a CD/Tape stereo system. The dining area includes a dining table and 4 chairs. A booster seat, if needed, can be founded on the shelf at the ground level. A hard-wired high speed internet connection is also provided.

Second Floor: Two bedrooms and a full bath with shower are on the second floor. A crib is available in one of the bedrooms. One bedroom has a window air conditioner, while a window fan is in the second bedroom. Frankly, we have never felt the need to use the air conditioner. The window fan, when kept on, does an adequate job of cooling the entire floor.

We enjoyed very much our vacation in that condo situated in the best part of Old Orchard Beach (near Pine Point).
We were 5 adults and we appreciated the size of that condo and all the amenities.
The owner was very pleasant to deal with.
The condo was very clean and we enjoyed to live in it because we felt like home.
This condo is only 5 minutes walking from the beach.
We would like to return next year.
